2nd Lomita Mastery Quest Camp: Day 4

As a result of having pure fun shopping for shoes with my former martial arts teacher, I was a bit late for the quest. Consequently, I came in just as JJ announced an upcoming election. I began my campaigning for Planetary Prince, when the Gamemaster began discussing my dilemma with me. Everyone seemed to be voting for JJ. It was a hopeless cause.  The Gamemaster told me about society levels and then told me that Presidents begin running for their position. First, they start with lower positions and work their way up. I was going to use this advise to run for governor when I remembered I was already Prince of the Mansion Worlds Desert. I decided to run for Prince knowing I wasn't going to win anyway. I developed an alliance with JJ and some other Questers to improve my connections. In one election, I made a deal with one of the campaigners that f he gave me his Shenobi tank, I would vote for him. He was, after all, the only governor I trusted to hold that position anyway. It was a deal and he was elected governor of the Air Lands. 

With the help of JJ and his governors, I am going to try and raise my land to a Golden Age Society. My land has a resource the Government needs: Immortal Crystals. Our trading will strengthen our bond and will hopefully establish the first of many alliances between planets to come...

2nd Lomita Mastery Quest Camp: Day 3

Today, began with the Saiyans need for energy crystals to survive. I sent 12 of them to the Water Lands to mine. Unfortunately, they absorbed so many energy crystals, in order to mine them, one would have to do triple the exercises. So, I made an arrangement with the governor of the Water Lands that I would do half of the exercises (150 leg lifts) in order to keep the Saiyans mining and he would do the other half. This plan didn't out for long, however, when the mining soon increased to 5x the normal exercises. It was then the planetary prince asked me to leave and threatened to assassinate all of the Saiyans. Then, he attempted to assassinate one of them which I protected for on my third roll (which happened to be the last roll). Then, I commanded the Saiyans to move out, but they would not obey. This was getting into a whole mess of trouble...

Then, as if to make the situation even worse, Omegus (the god-like giant) contacted me and asked me if I knew the One's true intentions. I was confused. The One seemed pretty sincere. But apparently, something was off... Omegus laughed at my ignorance and told me maybe I wasn't worthy to be his apprentice. Now, I was really befuddled. 

Suddenly, a conflict began around me in the Mansion Worlds desert as my friend, Merick, a bulls-eye brotherhood member, fire whipped the Destroyer Leader which caused another Destroyer to use the ability Destroy on Merick. I attempted to shield Merick, but failed and the attack caused Merick to be busy defending while the Destroyer charged his next ability. I did not approve of this, so I used Accelerate Karma on the Destroyer and automatically became part of the fight. Merick took on the Destroyer Leader while I took on the Destroyer. In the end, Merick destroyed the leader and withdrew a Cosmic Glove from within his pocket. Lucky him, but I hadn't defeated the Destroyer yet. I used Blinding Light on him to keep him from attacking me and then used Prison Field to trap him. Then, my Shinobi kept using Star Attack and ended the fight for the moment. 

I then visited the Sector Sovereign to join forces with JJ in the Sovereign's training to defeat Omegus. Completing the five rounds of trials for the training comprised the rest of the day. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, I had made it to the fifth trial but had not any more time to complete it. Tomorrow, however, I am sure I will...

2nd Lomita Mastery Quest Camp: Day 2

I unsure what to do with my new squad at first, but then one of my task force members advised me that there seemed to be flaws in the government. Specifically, the manner of electing people. 

I went to investigate and discovered it to be true. No laymen could run for governor of planetary prince. It seemed only friends of the prince could become governors. So, I spoke to the announcer of the arena who spoke on my behalf but was booed down by the audience. I felt pity on him and gave him 1,000,000 gold as compensation. 

Then, a ruckus erupted  in the Earth Lands as two Saiyans and a Destroyer began destroying flags (transportation devices set up all over the world). In order to stop this (and to attempt to gain the trust of the government, a plan brilliantly invented by one of my Light Beings) I set out for the Academy where the leader of the Destroyers was located. I talked to him about stopping what he was doing, but he told me his species needed our energy crystals and he would not stop until he was given control of the Water Lands. I then received a request on behalf of JJ that the Academy (government hq) be given back to the government. The leader of the Destroyers laughed and asked for one of his men, Muscle, to attack me. I survived and used Accelerate Karma on him which destroyed him. Then, he told one of his other henchmen to give me a massage. In their eyes, a massage is not like the relaxing Chinese Foot Massage I got in Santa Clara. No, this one is supposed to kill you. Before the massage took full effect, I uses Air Blast and knocked him back into another building where he rolled over and set off a shield bomb around my Light Beings! Instead of defusing the bomb, they waited for the ten minutes and then used the ability shield which completely protected them but completely annihilated the Massaging Destroyer. 

Next, I went to visit Eldron in the New World where he was trying to prevent the strange, new, anonymous, god-like Giant from entering the world. Eldron suggested that we get rid of the last Destroyers before he entered the world or else we would have too much on our hands and we would loose control. It was then, on my way out, I met the One. He told me he would make me Planetary Prince of the Mansion Worlds Desert on no conditions. I thought this to be too good to be true. After further insight, I accepted the deal and the One summoned all Saiyans to my control. He then advised me to take control of the New World as well or at least the Shinobi troops. In order to do this, I first traded places with the Green Guardian by stepping on the Green and then summoned one of my Saiyans to trade places with me. I then commanded the Saiyan to bring out all the Shinobi under my command. The day ended with me and a giant, new army. 

By the way, the god-like giant finally entered the world and started causing a bit of a ruckus in search of his sword, not knowing it lay in JJ's hands.

2nd Lomita Mastery Quest Camp: Day 1

My Character Sheet

The entire day was spent traveling across the New World. It may look pretty, but it sure was difficult to navigate. In order to travel, I had to perform this exercise task: I had to hold my legs up straight, barely off the ground. For every 30 seconds of this exercise I was able to move my character only an inch! A word of advise for future travelers: no matter how tempting, do not step on the green!!! It will cause you to become Green Guardian and be stuck in the green section for eternity. That is, unless someone else takes your place, but by that time you would most likely end up being insane or delusional.

When I reached my target, I had to work my way past the Guardians by solving a series of puzzles. Next came the requisite exercises. I had to climb the temple (30 bear crawls), crawl around it to the other side (standard travel exercise (leg lift position)), and then do 20 teleport twists to get down. After that, I had to walk down the remainder of the path (an extra 6 minutes worth of leg lift position). Finally, I had to climb a mountain (30 bear crawls) while being hit by a giant tree on top (lifting a ball over my head and onto the other side of a cylinder cushion and cartwheel over it twenty times).

As soon as I located Teacher Bo, he promptly recommended that I request control over either the water or air lands. He preceded to tell me if it failed to work, to go ahead and meet him in the abyss, and then he promptly left.

For a second, I was thinking, why would he want me to meet him here of all places?!? It took so long to get here, let alone getting back the same way! It was then, the tree rustled and I suddenly had a revelation. I climbed the tree (20 bear crawls) where I discovered two very delicious looking fruit. I munched away on them and was transported to the Mansion Worlds abyss.

There, Teacher Bo stood. He told me he didn't expect for me to arrive so quickly. But, he did say it is a sign I am learning which is good. He told me it was a test to see if I would go back the way I came or forge on which would have been easier. He then  elected me captain of a Light Being task force, established to instill democracy in the world and to eradicate the last shadow lords....

MQ Henna: Live!

This beautifully embellished henna represents the Chinese word: live. The reason why I chose it of all words is because of my love for life. I have lost many a family member in my 12 years of existence and I have come to realize how painful that can be. I plan to live a thorough life of my own and help others succeed in that mission as well, if they so desire. Death is not a thing I fear. Let's face it, we're all going to die eventually, but determining when that time is, depends on how well you live. In fact, the movie I saw today, Wolverine, dealt a lot with that concept. Just because you're mortal, does it mean you're ready to die yet?

MQ Lomita Week 2: Friday

Let’s just put it like this: ALOT happened today. The day began with the saving of the fairies. Jay, Riley, and I had to solve two Blok-by-bloks to make the mixture that would heal the fairies. We were close to completing the potion, when Miss Evil Egg-Head got control over them and made them create a tornado which we survived. We fed the potion to all the fairies and protected them while they were in their unconscious state. Then, the Nameless One took control over the allies and sent them to each land to inflict maximum damage among the land’s inhabitants. We protected the fairies through great hardships and struggles and successfully brought them to the Mansion Worlds. 

Next, I chose to continue my main mission and discover more Cosmic items. In the Mansion World desert I used my Cosmic tracker and found the 3rd Star of Power after much tedious work. I reported to Teacher Bo, and was going to give him the Star when he told me there were much more pressing issues going on with the Nameless One and her 3rd Star of Power. I talked to JJ and he made an alliance with me and called forth a meeting including every quester in the camp. We came up with a plan: each quester would take on an ally and distract them while JJ and I went to the Shadow Lands. JJ would distract Miss Evil Egg-Head, telling her he finally wants to ally himself with her while I dug beneath the Shadow Crystal with the help of the Shinobi and retrieved the 2nd Star of Power. Along with the 2nd Star of Power came complete control over all the Allies. I chose to control the Hydra, Lion, Spider, and Owl Allies and gave the rest to the other Questers. 

After the Quest had ended, I was disappointed to realize I had neglected to write down all of my data from the past, so my experience points were very low. For all aspiring Light Beings, I advise you to take care and preserve your data as best as possible. It will come in handy later. I fell into the same trap, which I am sure will come at a great consequence.
